Pear Pop Bellinis
INGREDIENTS
2 shots pear nectar
1 shot pear brandy
champagne chilled
Pear slices garnish, optional
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, mix together 2 shots pear nectar and 1 shot pear brandy. Strain into two glasses filled with crushed ice. Top off with chilled Champagne and garnish with pear slices if desired.
