Oven-Roasted Green Beans
INGREDIENTS
1 pound green beans trimmed
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 lemons sliced
3 shallots chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 450°. Place a jellyroll pan in the oven for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, place beans, and drizzle with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper, tossing to coat. Add lemon slices and chopped shallots, tossing to combine. Arrange green bean mixture in a single layer on preheated baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
