To make a Creamy Mac and Cheese Gratin, preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat an 8-inch baking dish with cooking spray. In a bowl, lightly beat 2 eggs with 1⁄4 cup heavy cream and 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg. Add 1 20-ounce package BOB EVANS® Macaroni and Cheese and stir. Scrape into baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until set. In a bowl, stir together 1 cup bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle top of mac and cheese with crumb mixture. Turn oven to broil and place dish on top rack. Broil until golden brown, 1 to 2 minutes.
