Classic Greek Salad

Ingredients

Makes: 6 servings

  • 1 block (8 ounces) feta cheese, thinly sliced (18 slices)

  • 18 grape tomatoes, halved

  • 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced on an angle (24 slices)

  • 24 pitted Kalamata olives

  • 6 pepperoncini peppers (optional)

  • 6 tablespoons red wine vinaigrette

  • Fresh oregano sprigs, for garnish

 

Directions

 

On each of 6 salad plates, arrange 3 feta slices, 6 tomato halves, 4 cucumber slices, 4 olives, and 1 pepperoncini (if using). Drizzle each with 1 tablespoon dressing. Garnish with oregano sprigs, if desired.
