Meat-and-Great
The party really starts to cook, of course, only when the grill is fired up. Spring for four hearty (6- to 8-ounce) ribeye steaks, and prep them with this easy marinade, which you can make beforehand: Combine 1/4 cup whole-grain mustard, 1/4 cup steak sauce, 1 tablespoon bottled crushed garlic, and 1 tablespoon dried parsley. Place the mixture into a large zip-top bag with steaks and massage the bag to cover the steaks thoroughly. Let sit for 30 minutes, then sprinkle both sides with grill seasoning. Grill on medium-high for 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
