Gently place a tall, narrow drink- ing glass or vase inside a larger glass cylinder. Arrange white marbles or beads between the two containers, concealing the center glass. Fill the center glass halfway with fresh water. Gather bunches of white car- nations, trim ends to fit, and place into the water-filled glass.
