Shortcut Shortcake
To make this little bit of heaven, cut a frozen pound cake into cubes and place in the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Beat together 8 ounces cream cheese and 11⁄2 cups powdered sugar. Fold in whipped topping and fresh cut strawberries. Spread half of the mixture on top of the pound cake. Add a layer of sliced peaches and top with remaining cream cheese mixture.
