To make this beautiful spring confection, follow the Honey Cream Pansy Cupcakesrecipe for the cake, but frost using this drizzle: Stir together 1 1⁄2 tablespoons lemon juice with 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth (add more sugar or water for desired consistency). Lightly tint with purple food coloring. Top with sugared blooms.
