INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat bottoms of two 8-inch round cake pans with baking spray.
In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, combine cake mix, water, oil, egg whites, and 2 tablespoons malted milk powder. Beat on medium speed until well blended. Divide batter between prepared pans. Bake for 28 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Turn out onto rack to cool completely (about 1 hour).
In a bowl, combine white frosting and 2 tablespoons malted milk powder, stirring well. Place 1 layer on a cake plate. Spread with half of white frosting. Top with remaining layer. Spread remaining white frosting over top of cake.
In a separate bowl, combine chocolate frosting with remaining 2 tablespoons malted milk powder, stirring well. Spread frosting on sides of cake. Top with cookie trees. Decorate with glitter, sugars, and malted milk balls.
