Four Pea Stir-Fry
Ingredients
Makes: 4 servings
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon bottled crushed garlic
1 cup snow peas
1 cup frozen sugar snaps, thawed
1 cup frozen early peas, thawed
1⁄4 cup wasabi peas, lightly crushed
1 tablespoon diced pimientos
2 tablespoons stir-fry sauce
Directions
In a large skillet, heat canola oil and sesame oil over medium-high heat. Stir in garlic. Add all peas and pimientos. Cook and stir until peas and pimientos are tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in stir-fry sauce and serve.
