INGREDIENTS
2 large plum tomatoes halved lengthwise
1 tablespoon canola oil plus more for rolls
1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder
6 crusty rolls about 4 inches across
2 cups chicken stock divided
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
2 tablespoons sour cream
Parsley sprigs for garnish
