Curried Chicken Salad Croissant

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise Hellman’s®

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard French’s®

  • 1/4 cup chopped celery

  • 1 tablespoon golden raisins Sun-Maid®

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 4 Bibb lettuce leaves

  • 4 petite croissants split

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together chicken, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, raisins, salt, curry powder, and pepper. Layer lettuce and chicken mixture evenly on bottom halves of 4 croissants. Top with remaining croissant halves. Serve immediately.
