Curried Chicken Salad Croissant
INGREDIENTS
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/3 cup mayonnaise Hellman’s®
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard French’s®
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon golden raisins Sun-Maid®
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 Bibb lettuce leaves
4 petite croissants split
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium bowl, stir together chicken, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, raisins, salt, curry powder, and pepper. Layer lettuce and chicken mixture evenly on bottom halves of 4 croissants. Top with remaining croissant halves. Serve immediately.
