Citrus Tilapia

Citrus-Baked Tilapia
3 lemons, sliced
3 limes, sliced
4 (4- to 6-ounce) tilapia fillets
2 teaspoons dried dill
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
Lemon-Dill Potatoes (recipe follows)
Garnish: fresh dill, lemon slices
Lemon-Dill Potatoes
1 (20-ounce) bag refrigerated red potato wedges
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400˚. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Layer lemon and lime slice evenly in baking dish. Arrange fish fillets in a single layer over lemon and lime slices. Sprinkle each evenly with dill, salt, and lemon pepper. Bake for 10 minutes, or until fish is cooked through. Serve with Lemon-Dill Potatoes. Garnish with fresh dill and lemon slices, if desired. Add a fresh green salad, if desired.
Sprinkle potatoes evenly with dill, lemon pepper, and salt. Cook according to package directions. Serve immediately.
