- 3 pears, peeled, quartered, and cored
- 1⁄3 cup chopped pecans
- 1⁄3 cup packed brown sugar, C&H®
- 3 tablespoons plus 1⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- Olive oil nonstick cooking spray,Pam®
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs, Progresso®
- 1 tablespoon herbes de Provence
- 4 bone-in pork loin chops, 3⁄4 inch thick
