Red, White, and...Oooooh!

Send guests home in a swirl of joy with a “candy” ornament. Cut two 9-inch-by-1-inch strips and one 18-inch-by-1-inch strip of red felt, then do the same with white felt. Place 18-inch white strip atop 18- inch red strip and roll up. Repeat with the four 9-inch pieces. Thread a tapestry needle with yarn and pierce all three rolls, then attach three red pony beads on each end. Add a tree hook for hanging.
