Ghostly Luminaries

Coat the outside of bubble glass votives with matte-finish Mod Podge®, and wrap with 3-inch strips of cheesecloth, attaching in a crisscross pattern. Apply a final coat to seal, and let dry. Complete by painting a ghostly grin on the inside of the glass using acrylic paint.
