Peruse the lighting aisle at your local home improvement store to illuminate inspiration for this easy project.  We found these ceiling fan globes for less than $4 each, complete with a swirly design that looks just like ghost vapors.  Eyes are painted on with acrylic paint.  LED votives placed beneath each globe give the perfect ghoulish glow.
