Spring Zing
Dried herbs add zest to any cuisine. That’s what makes them such a great little gift. Snip sprigs of sage, rosemary or any herb from your garden or window box and tie them into a bundle. Hang upside down on a coat hanger out of direct sunlight and away from moisture. Let dry for one to three weeks, or until brittle. Crumble the dried herbs with your fingers or use a mortar and pestle to crush, then package in airtight bottles.
