A Beautiful Bouquet
TIE THE KNOT
Grace each of your guest’s place settings with a symbolic satin embellishment. Using the prettiest thick, white satin ribbon you can find (left), cut a 6- to 8-inch length, tie a knot, then lay it atop a pretty linen napkin. Likewise, use the ribbon to finish of your centerpiece, which you can craft with a clever technique that is at once graphic and gorgeous (below). Remove the leaves from a dozen white roses, then trim each stem to a length of about 12 inches. Gather in a bundle and secure the stems at their middles with garden wire. Adjust and trim stem ends until they ft into the circumference of a low glass cylinder vase. Add a small amount of water to the container.
