Icing Pops
With an electric mixer, beat 3 tablespoons meringue powder, 4 cups powdered sugar, and 6 tablespoons warm water until peaks form. Transfer icing to a pastry bag fitted with a #17 star tip. Place popsicle sticks 5 inches apart on a wax-papered surface. Starting at the tip of a stick, pipe icing in a spiral from the center out until you have a 4-inch round. Sprinkle with jimmies, hearts, or edible glitter. Dry 8 hours or overnight.
