Frozen Bundtlets

Ingredients

Makes: 18 bite-size treats

  • 2 cups blackberry yogurt

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 3 tablespoons sugar

  • ó teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Fresh blackberries, for garnish

 

Directions

 

In a large bowl, stir together first four ingredients. Pour batter into mini Bundt-shaped candy molds.

Freeze for 4 hours, or overnight.  Unmold onto a serving plate and garnish with fresh blackberries.
