Snowy Cocktail
Ingredients
Makes: 8 servings
1 1⁄2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
8 ounces vanilla-flavored candy coating
4 1⁄2 cups half-and-half
1 1⁄2 cups Captain Morgan Parrot Bay® Coconut Rum
3⁄4 cup Godiva® white chocolate liqueur
Directions
Place coconut in a medium bowl.
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, microwave candy coating according to package directions until melted. Stir until smooth.
Dip rims of eight glasses in candy coating and in coconut flakes. Let stand.
In a large pitcher, combine half-and-half, rum, and white chocolate liqueur, stirring well. Pour into prepared glasses.
