Irish Cream
Ingredients
Makes: about 4 1⁄2 cups
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup evaporated milk
1⁄2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1⁄2 cup Irish whiskey
1⁄4 cup chocolate syrup
1⁄2 teaspoon instant coffee
Directions
In the container of an electric blender, combine cream, evaporated milk, condensed milk, whiskey, chocolate syrup, and coff ee; process until smooth. Let chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
