Iced Espresso
Ingredients
Makes: 1 drink
1 cup ice cubes
½ cup frozen whipped topping
¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
2 shots fresh brewed espresso or 1⁄2 cup very strong coffee
3 ounces Irish cream liqueur, Baileys®
3 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup, Hershey’s®
Frozen whipped topping, thawed
Chocolate syrup, Hershey’s®
Directions
In a blender, combine ice, the 1⁄2 cup whipped topping, condensed milk, espresso, Irish cream, chocolate chips, and the 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses. For garnish, in a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip, spoon in whipped topping. Pipe on top of each drink. Or spoon whipped topping into a small, resealable plastic bag. Snip off one corner of the bag and pipe. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
