Iced Espresso

Ingredients

Makes: 1 drink

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • ½ cup frozen whipped topping

  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 shots fresh brewed espresso or 1⁄2 cup very strong coffee

  • 3 ounces Irish cream liqueur, Baileys®

  • 3 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips

  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup, Hershey’s®

  • Frozen whipped topping, thawed

  • Chocolate syrup, Hershey’s®

 

Directions

 

In a blender, combine ice, the 1⁄2 cup whipped topping, condensed milk, espresso, Irish cream, chocolate chips, and the 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses. For garnish, in a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip, spoon in whipped topping. Pipe on top of each drink. Or spoon whipped topping into a small, resealable plastic bag. Snip off one corner of the bag and pipe. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
