Cosmo Pops

Ingredients

Makes: 8 pops

• 1 1⁄2 cups cranberry juice cocktail

• 1⁄4 cup vodka

• 1⁄4 cup triple sec

• 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

Directions

In a small bowl combine 1 1⁄2 cups cranberry juice cocktail, 1⁄4 cup vodka, 1⁄4 cup triple sec, and 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice. Pour 1⁄4 cup mixture into each of 8 small dessert glasses. Freeze about 1 hour until firm. Insert a popsicle stick into each glass, and freeze until solid. Soak in warm water about 30 seconds, and gently twist to remove from glasses. Serve with sugar and lime zest.
