Ranch Burgers
Ingredients
Makes: 4 hamburgers
Cook: 9 minutes
1 pound ground chuck
1 cup crushed Ranch-flavor potato chips, Lay’s®
2 tablespoons butter, softened
4 hamburger buns
1 1⁄3 cups iceberg lettuce shreds, Fresh Express®
12 pickle slices
4 tomato slices
1 cup prepared Ranch dressing, Kraft®
Directions
In a large bowl, combine ground chuck and potato chips. Form mixture into 4 even patties.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (350° to 400°). Spray grill rack with nonstick nonflammable cooking spray.
Grill burgers, covered with grill lid, for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
Spread butter evenly on cut sides of hamburger buns. Grill buns, cut sides down, for 1 to 2 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
On bottom halves of buns, layer lettuce, pickles, and tomato slices, as desired. Top with burgers. Spread 1⁄4 cup Ranch dressing over each hamburger patty. Cover with bun tops. Serve immediately.
