Ingredients

Makes: 24 pizzas

  • 24 mini pita white bread rounds

  • 1 1⁄2 cups coarsely chopped ham

  • 1 1⁄2 cups coarsely chopped fresh pineapple

  • 1 1⁄2 cups shredded fontina cheese

  • Garnish: crushed red pepper and chopped green onions

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to Broil. On a large rimmed baking sheet, place pitas. Top evenly with ham, pineapple, and cheese.

  2. Broil 5 inches from heat for 2 minutes, or until cheese melts. Garnish with crushed red pepper and green onions, if desired.
