Ingredients

Makes: 4 servings
Start to Finish: 27 minutes

  • ½ (16 ounce box) rotini pasta

  • ½ cup creamy Caesar salad dressing

  • 1 lemon, zest and juice

  • 3 tablespoons parsley

  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 cup garlic crotons

  • salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and stir gently. Boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 8 minutes or until al dente. Remove from heat. Drain well and rinse with cold water. 

  2. In a large bowl combined the Caesar dressing, lemon zest and juice, parsley and stir together. Add the cooked cooled pasta, and the remaining ingredients.  Toss to combine.
