  •  1 quart potato or macaroni salad from deli

  • 1 package (4-ounce) feta cheese, Athenos®

  • 1⁄3 cup chopped red onion

  • 1⁄4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped, California®

  • 1⁄4 cup pitted kalamata olives, Peloponnese®

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, Minute Maid®

  • 1 tablespoon Greek seasoning, McCormick®

  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic, Gourmet Garden®

  • Snipped fresh oregano (optional)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, use a rubber spatula to gently fold together potato salad, feta cheese, red onions, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, lemon juice, Greek seasoning, and garlic. Garnish with snipped fresh oregano (optional).
