Fig Prosciutto Brie-wich
1 baguette (8-ounce)
1⁄4 cup fig jam, St. Dalfour®
11⁄2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, Grey Poupon®
6 ounces thinly sliced smoked turkey breast
6 ounces prosciutto
1 package (5-ounce) spreadable Brie cheese, thinly sliced, Alouette®
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut bread in half lengthwise; place cut sides up on a baking sheet. In a small bowl, stir together fig jam and mustard; spread on cut sides of loaf. Lay turkey, prosciutto, and cheese over jam. Bake in preheated oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Cut into 6 portions to serve.
