Tangy Meat Loaf
11⁄3 pounds ground chuck
½ cup frozen seasoning blend
½ cup Italian bread crumbs with cheese
3 tablespoons steak sauce
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 cup ketchup
¼ cup bold and spicy steak sauce
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, seasoning blend, bread crumbs, 3 tablespoons steak sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper. Shape into loaf on prepared pan.
In a medium bowl, combine ketchup and 1/4 cup spicy steak sauce, stirring well. Reserve ½ cup sauce.
Bake meat loaf for 1 hour, or until a thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the meat loaf registers 165°F, brushing with sauce every 15 minutes. Let meat loaf stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with reserved ½ cup sauce.
