Ingredients

Makes: 4 servings
  • 4 lemons

  • ½ pint lemon sorbet

  • 4 ounces Limoncello, chilled

  • 3½ ounces Smirnoff® Vanilla Flavored vodka, chilled

Directions

  1. Cut the top third off each lemon and reserve. Cut a small slice off the bottom of each lemon so it stands up. Using a spoon, carefully scoop out the inside of each lemon, leaving a lemon cup to serve in.
    Put the cups and tops in the freezer for 1 hour.

  2. Put the sorbet into the bowl of a food processor. Add the Limoncello and vodka and process until smooth. Fill the lemon shells with the mixture and put them back into the freezer to firm up for 1 to 2 hours. Put the tops on and serve.
