11⁄2 ounce tequila, Jose Cuervo® Platino™
1 ounce pear puree*
1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
3⁄4 ounce sugar syrup
I ce cubes
Wet the rim of a chilled martini glass with water. Dip the rim in sugar. In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, pear puree, lemon juice, and sugar syrup. Add ice; cover and shake until very cold. Pour into prepared glass.
*NOTE: For pear puree, blend very ripe pears in a blender or look for bottled pear puree at gourmet food stores.
